Mr. Harrington has been involved in the Private security Sector for over 20 years in the field of Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) technical and electronic consulting and counterintelligence services to a variety of private and governmental agencies in the U.S. Europe and South America.

Mr. Harrington has extensive training in theft prevention and investigation and Physical Security.

Mr. Harrington has worked in domestic and foreign undercover investigations. This background was obtained while working undercover in various cases in New York, Florida and Europe that spans 12 years. Mr. Harrington is also specialized in the design of custom covert video & security equipment for applications in private industry and law enforcement. Executive protection has also been a large part in Mr. Harrington's background while working for many National Executive Protection Firms as well as Celebrities.

Richard Harrington also assists many of western New York's largest law firms with duties that include Investigations & research.

Richard Harrington holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and is currently working on his Masters Degree.
